Oven function Application

1 True Fan Cooking To bake maximum on 3 shelf positions at the same time and

to dry food. Set the temperature 20 - 40 °C lower than for

Conventional Cooking.

Pizza Setting To bake food on 1 shelf position for a more intensive brown-

ing and a crispy bottom. Set the temperature 20 - 40 °C

lower than for Conventional Cooking.

3 Slow Cook To prepare very lean, tender roasted food.

5 Frozen Foods To make your convenience food like e.g. French Fries,

Wedges, spring rolls crispy.

Turbo Grilling To roast larger meat joints or poultry with bones on 1 shelf

Fast Grilling To grill flat food in large quantities. To toast bread.

8 Grilling To grill flat food and to toast.

Keep Warm To keep food warm.

Defrost To defrost frozen food.

11 Bottom Heat To bake cakes with a crispy base and to preserve food.

ECO Roasting ECO functions let you to optimize the energy consumption

during cooking. Thus it is necessary to set the cooking time

first. To get more information about the recommended set-

tings, refer to the cooking tables with the equivalent usual

oven function.

Pyro Cleaning For automatic pyrolytic cleaning of the oven. The oven tem-

perature is at approximately 500 °C. It burns off residual dirt

in the oven. This can then be removed with a cloth when the

oven is cold.
